Once again, Akuma: both in colour and wearing it. I figured that some assessories and colours might do the man good. Couldn't hurt to try anyway, now could it. The pattern on the half-a-skirt-whatever is inspired by his actual and real name, Amakaze ( "driving rain" )

[Source: Longman's Dictionary of Contemporary English] In other words: a combination of rain and wind into a forceful rainfall.
