Kitty & Lance from X-Men: Evolution. I swear I had no intention to imply that someone spiked the punch. By the looks of it, Kitty is drunk and the boy is going to loose his pants (shocked, but not minding too much). And to think I was originally going for something cute/sweet ahahaha.
